Terms of Service

Updated: July 27, 2026

Websanya Calendar is a personal calendar you fill in yourself. By using the service, you agree to the following terms.

1. The service

Websanya Calendar is an app for planning and marking daily intentions. Some functionality (viewing and filling in already-loaded intentions, the offline change queue) works without a network connection and syncs once the connection returns.

2. Your account

Using the service requires an account with a working email address. You are responsible for providing a correct email and keeping your password secret. We never ask for your password by phone, email or chat — if someone does, it is not us.

One account belongs to one person. Accounts may not be transferred to third parties.

3. Your content

Intentions, notes, moods and photos you add to your calendar belong to you. We do not manually read or analyse the contents of your entries, and we do not use them for advertising.

You are responsible for what you upload: do not put someone else's personal data into your calendar without their consent, and do not upload material that breaks the law.

4. Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it will never fail. Locally saved changes (the offline queue) are never lost during a temporary outage and are sent automatically once the connection is back.

5. Deleting your account

You may delete your account at any time from settings. Deletion is irreversible and erases your intentions, notes, photos, sessions and history, subject to the time it takes the server to actually clear it.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this document is the last update; we will notify the account's email address of any material change.
